Hi ,
I just received OpenRate license a couple of hours ago.
I was wondering what is the oppinion of the community around it to use (or may be it is all ready in use) some form of CI continuous integration. I guess hudson http://hudson-ci.org/ would be great fit, of course we can use cruise control or something else. Of course to have a full benefit from CI would be if we are able to execute a package of test suites automated on it and thus logically expand our build with test coverage.
If I personally had a chance to vote on this issue I would vote with two hands since in my opinion it will play an important role when facing customer to prove that openrate is using best practices in development.
In this order of thoughts I am also wondering why OpenRate is not applying for Jira (Atlasian open source license) and thus the community will have the best tool for issue handling agile project management , transparency etc. In the same order this is an important aspect building customer base.
I think all of this issues are rather organizational but has strong influence when on the market we are facing customers.
i would love to hear the oppinion of openrate users here.
Thank and regards
Todor
