Open Rate open source rating and mediation

Weblinks, Anguilla is a caribbean operator providing a full range of services to its customers. It uses OpenRate for the calculation of Interconnection fees for it's connections to off-island locations. In a current phase of the project, support for Post-Paid and Roaming services are being implemented.
