OpenRate is a flexible framework for mediation and rating (pricing) of usage events in a telecommunications, utilities or logistics environment. It can be applied to any real time or batch processing environment in which high-performance management of large numbers of events is required.
The OpenRate Configuration GUI allows you to easily configure the operation of the system, using a state of the art Seam and Java Server Faces interface. It allows you immediate access to the system's configuration, and if you have the appropriate user rights, you can change the configuration on the fly.
There is also a live demo of the OpenRate Configuration GUI.
We're being flooded with Account Requests which are fakes, and this is hiding real requests.
If you want to make an account (and are not a spammer) please open a ticket to make sure that we see your request, quoting your requested user name.
Before you can use OpenRate, you will need to purchase a license from us. Even though OpenRate is open source software, it is commercially supported and managed. The license fee means that you can be sure you will receive the support you need, and that the platform will continue to be actively governed and managed.
The CDRTool Replacement package replaces the easy to use, but quite inflexible CDRTool control module from AG-Projects. When you have outgrown what CDRTool can do, either in terms of functionality or performance, then you probably need the CDRTool Replacement Service Offering Pack. It comprises:

OpenRate is a fast open source rating engine with an extendible rating vobabulary. The standard modules cover all commonly used rating models. The core rating engine is also capable of performing multiple independent rating operations.
OpenRate also allows extremely simple importing of tariff sheets, either from file, database, or virtually any other source you can think of. (some of our customers even scrape competitor's pricing off web sites!)
We are able to provide hourly support services to work on any aspect of your work with OpenRate, without the need for a support contract. Please note that because support contracts also contain a number of "ad hoc support hours" it may be cheaper to directly take out a support contract and use the hours from that.
Please contact us for pricing for ad hoc support, but as a guideline, we charge $70 (USA and rest of world) or €50 (Europe) per hour for ad hoc support.
